responsibilities:
- End-to-End Permit Management: Oversee the entire permitting lifecycle for Our Client's nationwide commercial and industrial projects, managing submittals from initial intake through to final approval.
- Package Preparation: Prepare, review, and coordinate the submission of comprehensive permit packages, including applications, engineering calculations, layouts, and supporting documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between Our Client's internal teams, third-party expediters, and city agencies to proactively communicate updates, troubleshoot obstacles, and push for timely approvals.
- Research & Compliance: Conduct thorough research on municipal permitting codes and maintain an active, organized database of jurisdictional requirements, approval timelines, and digital records.
- Project Tracking & Support: Track all permitting milestones using project management software and keep stakeholders informed on progress and risks to ensure all documentation is in place prior to scheduling construction.
