Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment strategy to scale the Field Operations team from 17 to 50+ members by year-end.
- Independently source and prescreen a high volume of candidates for warehouse, production, and field-based roles, maintaining 30–60 daily touchpoints.
- Fill requisitions quickly and efficiently to meet aggressive project deadlines without sacrificing candidate quality.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to define job descriptions, discuss staffing needs, and provide expert recommendations on cultural fit.
- Partner with the HR lead for seamless handoffs while maintaining a 100% focus on recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Work effectively with an international team, ensuring alignment on hiring standards across time zones.
- Maintain flexibility and an open mind in a fluid environment, acting as a primary brand ambassador for the companies mission.
- Utilize ATS and technical tools to track the hiring funnel, providing real-time data on fill ratios and productivity.
