Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Customer Service / Will Call Representative to act as a primary point of contact at our facility. In this dual role, you will bridge the gap between our customers and warehouse operations. You will manage customer arrivals via intercom, process sales orders, and ensure a seamless pickup process.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Greeting: Monitor and manage the facility intercom system to promptly and professionally greet incoming clients.
- Order Processing: Receive, review, and process incoming sales orders accurately.
- Warehouse Coordination: Efficiently relay order details to the warehouse staff to ensure fast fulfillment for will-call pickups.
- System Utilization: Use internal company software for order tracking (comprehensive, hands-on training provided).
- Communication Skills: Highly confident and comfortable using an intercom/speaker system frequently throughout the day.
- Dependability: Ability to consistently work the firm schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn a new internal software system during our upcoming transition.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately relay fast-moving information between customers and warehouse teams.
