This is a customer-facing role, must be self-motivated, willing to learn and capable of managing high-stress situations with professionalism.

responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and field activities for general and mission-critical technical builds
- Accurately interpret blueprints to manage MEP coordination and subcontractor sequencing
- Manage project documentation including the submission of necessary city permits
- Ensure rigorous site compliance with project security and safety protocols
- Facilitate clear communication to resolve field issues and maintain critical schedules
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Level 2 security clearance with a clean background
- 3 to 5 years of technical superintendent experience with High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autodesk, and Building Connect/MEP drawings
