responsibilities:
- Perform computer-aided drafting and design of electrical power, lighting, fire alarms, and communication systems for advanced facilities.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP to create comprehensive layouts, sketches, 2D/3D models, and electronic document files.
- Collaborate with engineers and design leads to successfully deliver complex design packages for semiconductor and data center projects.
- Develop staffing plans while actively managing client expectations, project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Mentor junior staff and provide expert guidance to less experienced designers and drafters.
