A prominent manufacturing company in the Phoenix area is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and driving a high-performance culture across all production lines. This role owns execution of the production schedule and is accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational discipline on the plant floor. The Production Manager sets the pace for the facility by maintaining a visible presence in the plant, holding supervisors accountable, and responding rapidly to operational issues. This is a high priority hire, salaried in the $160K+ range, plus bonus. The ideal candidate will be familar with carding machines.

responsibilities:
- Lead all maintenance activities including planning, scheduling, execution, and documentation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production, support, and facility equipment
- Develop and maintain a proactive maintenance program that improves equipment reliability and reduces unplanned downtime
- Collaborates with operations, safety, and site leadership to support reliable and safe production
- Collaborate with Production, Operations, Quality, and other site teams to ensure equipment, controls, and process systems are functioning effectively and safely
