Industry leading organization is searching for a promotable (groomed for advancement opportunities) Mine Engineering Manager in the Duluth,MN area.
This roles comes with a very good salary commensurate with experience with a base salary ranging from $145k to $155k plus a bonus that can range from 15% to 30% based upon company performance. Relocation assistance is also available.

responsibilities:
- Direct & coordinate the development of short and long-range mine plans, budgets and targets of performance for the mining operations
- Direct, coordinate and motivate departments personnel to meet established plans, budgets and targets of performance for the mining operation
- Direct and coordinate the plans, projects and programs to achieve the desired performance results in safety, quality, production and cost
- Determine equipment needs and participate in the selection and purchase of the new equipment
- Bachelor's degree perferably in Mine Engineering or equivalent field
- 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in mine planning, engineering, operations and administration
- Ability to maintain ATF certification
- Ability to motivate, delegate, establish and work in a collaborative environment
