Our client is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator based in either Duluth, MN, or Edina, MN, to help shape tomorrow's energy systems safely, reliably, and sustainably.We seek a pro with a degree and bring 12+ years of project controls experience, specifically working on $100MM+ pipeline projects.

responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the Project Execution Plan and Project Controls Plan, seamlessly integrating cost control and scheduling functions.
- Oversee and maintain complex cost, cash flow, and schedule reports, including detailed variance analysis and progress integration for multiyear, $100MM+ projects.
- Perform rigorous quality control on all project controls deliverables to ensure accuracy, and coordinate the collection of documentation for Phase Gate Reviews.
- Define project controls resource requirements, and provide strategic feedback on newly implemented tools, processes, and systems to functional teams.
- Manage the Project Change Management Procedure and collaborate cross-functionally within a matrix structure to ensure compliance and execution alignment.
