responsibilities:
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Establish and manage production schedules, labor loading, capacity requirements, and work orders to guarantee on-time product delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, and engineering to allocate constrained materials, mitigate shortages, and maintain seamless manufacturing milestones.
- Inventory & Variance Control: Monitor inventory locations, perform worldwide inventory assessments, and reconcile work order variances to improve overall inventory accuracy.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate production control bottlenecks, analyze root causes, coordinate effective solutions, and execute bill of material change orders.
- Compliance & Oversight: Oversee the master schedule and ensure comprehensive compliance with material requirements throughout the entire production cycle.
