responsibilities:
- Manage capital projects for new manual and automated manufacturing equipment, overseeing the specification, design, build, and installation processes for Our Client.
- Lead technical efforts in equipment design and development, collaborating closely with vendors to ensure overall project success, quality, and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement by executing projects to enhance the productivity, capacity, cost reduction, and efficiency of existing manufacturing equipment.
- Implement robust engineering tools and methodologies, including design of experiments (DOE), risk assessment (FMEA), process control (SPC), and statistical analysis.
- Author technical documentation such as engineering protocols, reports, and procedures while ensuring strict adherence to GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.
