responsibilities:
- Translate demand into detailed production plans and execute daily scheduling activities aligned with capacity and material availability for Our Client.
- Partner with Production, QC, QA, and Customer Service while actively managing ERP/MRP system recommendations to maintain accurate, achievable schedules.
- Identify risks to supply and production, implementing robust mitigation plans and performing root cause analysis for delays or out-of-stock scenarios.
- Monitor performance against key metrics, such as service levels and schedule adherence, and drive actions to minimize excess inventory and scrap.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes.
