responsibilities:
- Manage diverse utility-scale generation projects including gas, coal, and renewables from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Drive daily project operations by attending plant Plan of Day (POD) meetings, maintaining accurate spending forecasts, and providing regular status updates.
- Source, coordinate, and oversee contractors to ensure strict adherence to performance expectations, contract terms, and safety standards.
- Ensure comprehensive safety and compliance by overseeing company and OSHA requirements, including the management of lockout/tagout (LOTO) processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders such as operations managers, plant reliability engineers, and plant directors to ensure seamless project execution.
