responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive manufacturing assembly work instructions, guides, and procedures while ensuring adequate documentation for tooling and equipment.
- Promote and utilize Lean methodologies (Kaizen, Kanban, 5S) to drive process improvements and reduce operational scrap and rework for Our Client.
- Investigate and quickly perform root cause analysis on component and assembly failures to resolve daily manufacturing issues.
- Implement critical engineering change orders through the management of change system to support continuous equipment and process optimizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, R&D, and maintenance to implement sustainable solutions that drive manufacturing excellence.
