responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day contract conformance and support the execution of contracting strategies for highly complex capital and maintenance projects.
- Facilitate the preparation of contract exhibits and draft precise technical contract language regarding scopes, pricing, requirements, and special instructions.
- Support contractor negotiations from bidding through administration and issue resolution, coordinating seamlessly with project management and cross-functional teams.
- Thoroughly review contractor submittals and invoices for strict contractual compliance while expertly managing the change order process and communicating any deviations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation logs and contract records, facilitating contract-related meetings, service requisitions, and final closeout activities.
