responsibilities:
- Design and maintain quality assurance protocols to inspect production processes and ensure Our Client's compliance with GMP, ISO, and Six Sigma standards.
- Lead complex quality improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and positively impact product quality.
- Manage critical quality workflows, including CAPA, MRB, SCAR, and moderate to complex engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Participate in design reviews alongside R&D and manufacturing teams to resolve issues, validate production methods, and train staff on quality systems.
- Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance by leading facility and supplier audits, as well as Notified Body and FDA inspections.
