We have a client who is an elite commercial general contractor specializing in ground up retail, grocery, big box and automotive builds nationwide seeking a Travelling Superintendent. In this role, you'll take total ownership of the field coordinating subcontractors, driving tight schedules, and enforcing strict safety. responsibilities:
- 5+ years supervising all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, design plans, quality and project timelines
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel
- Implement and enforce all safety regulations, including OSHA standards
- 5+ years leading ground up commercial projects such as large box retail, car dealerships, gas stations, warehouses
- Communicate effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and trades
