responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive quality and validation risk assessments for changes related to raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Thoroughly review and assess change controls impacting standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, equipment, and materials.
- Evaluate feasibility studies and Design of Experiments (DOE) on critical manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Assess and address manufacturing non-conformances strictly adhering to pFMEA guidelines.
- Execute daily quality functions under the direction of management, ensuring strict adherence to GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.
