Our client, a leader in interconnect solutions and medical device manufacturing, is looking for an Engineering Technician for its day and night shifts. Key qualifications include 6+ years of relevant experience, analyzing test results, operating test equipment, and fabricating mechanical components. An associate degree or equivalent experience is required.

responsibilities:
- Test Execution & Simulation: Sets up and conducts complex engineering tests on components and complete units (like server systems and industrial machinery) under real operational conditions.
- Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: Analyzes test results against design specifications, diagnoses failures, and modifies equipment or procedures to resolve technical problems.
- Design & Prototyping Support: Reviews blueprints, assists engineers with hardware/software development, and devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components.
- Documentation & Maintenance: Records detailed test procedures, numerical data, and product recommendations while keeping all software, equipment, and documentation updated to the latest revisions.
- Cross-Functional Training: Trains and guides technicians and equipment operators on products, testing processes, and machinery.
