As the "First-In-Command" on-site, the Superintendent is responsible for the overall field performance, productivity, and successful delivery of large industrial projects. This leadership role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing daily labor relations, and directing crew activities through inclusive morning huddles and progress meetings to ensure total contract compliance. In close collaboration with the Project Manager, you will develop schedules, manage material and equipment logistics, and maintain precise project documentation and daily field reports. Above all, the Superintendent will act as a safety champion by immediately correcting unsafe conditions, enforcing strict rules, leading weekly safety meetings, and managing accident investigations to guarantee a secure, high-performing jobsite from layout to final project closeout.
