responsibilities:
- Apply technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to support the Perfect Power Initiative, actively identifying and resolving short-duration disruptions (momentaries, sags) to improve overall customer reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to plan, organize, and safely execute outage and project work activities.
- Listen to customer needs, communicate effectively with management and regulatory agencies, and properly interpret and administer project contracts for Our Client.
- Contribute to team decision-making and consensus-building while providing essential training, information, and guidance to lower-level employees.
- Pursue and implement effective ways to protect and enhance the environment while ensuring Our Client provides dependable electricity at a competitive cost.
