responsibilities:
- Drive Technical Sales & Turnkeys: Conduct pre-sale customer visits, evaluate opportunities, assess machine needs, and design high-impact turnkey proposals.
- Develop Turnkey Solutions: Generate CNC programs, design/implement tooling and fixturing, and validate processes while consistently hitting cycle time, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
- Master Complex Machinery: Bring your expertise to life by setting up, programming, and proving out advanced machining platforms, including mill-turn, 5-axis, HMCs, and VMCs.
- Be the Technical Expert: Provide high-level technical support, process optimization, and advanced training to distributors and key accounts.
- Showcase Innovation: Design and execute cutting-edge machining demonstrations focusing on new technologies and product capabilities.
- Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Support the sales team with on-site customer visits, live product demos, time studies, and expert process recommendations.
- Document & Standardize: Create detailed documentation for machine setups, application notes, and process improvements for both internal and customer use.
