Our client is seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin to oversee high-end custom home projects. In this vital role, you will manage daily on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all craftsmanship meets premier quality standards. You will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, architects, and designers.

responsibilities:
- Supervise On-Site Operations: Oversee daily construction activities of crew members and subcontractors to ensure work meets exact project specifications.
- Maintain Quality & Safety: Enforce strict jobsite safety protocols under OSHA standards and ensure work meets high-end custom home craftsmanship standards.
- Manage Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, timecards, progress photos, and comprehensive project schedules.
- Collaborate on Project Administration: Partner with the Director of Operations and Project Coordinators to review plans, manage budgets, and approve subcontractor invoices.
- Facilitate Communication: Host weekly jobsite meetings and maintain open, professional lines of communication with clients, architects, and engineers.
