Join a contract aerospace manufacturer in an exciting time of growth as a Program Manager in Irvine, CA. This role will be responsible for ensuring projects meet strict requirements and timelines. An ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience within a aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a 6+ month contract with the opportunity to be hired aboard as a permanent employee.

responsibilities:
- Align internal teams from concept to production to ensure seamless execution of program goals
- Expedite work through shop-floor and eliminate bottlenecks and maintain strict schedule adherence
- Proactively identify technical and operational risks and implement data-driven contigency plans to protect project costs, quality, and timelines
- Own and manage data integrity with the ERP System
- Represent technical content to internal and external stakeholders
- 4+ years of project management within an aerospace manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to influence production staff on the floor
