responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and review Quality Control plans, inspection protocols, and testing procedures for materials and onsite services.
- Monitor project construction to identify defects and collaborate with operations, reliability engineers, and contractors to correct non-conformities.
- Maintain quality management systems and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Investigate the root causes of process failures, recommend actionable improvements, and control the overall efficiency of operations.
- Train personnel on quality control best practices and coordinate critical factory acceptance testing and shop inspections.
