responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end supplier crisis coordination, tracking root causes and mitigation plans for prototype builds to secure milestones for Our Client.
- Maintain a consolidated build readiness overview, prioritizing active supplier risks and critical paths.
- Lead escalation and risk governance forums, aligning project teams, purchasing, and suppliers to enable timely decisions.
- Enforce taskforce ways of working, providing execution support to case leaders across Our Client and cross-functional teams.
- Drive the stabilization of operating models and prepare handover materials for continued execution after ramp-down.
