responsibilities:
- Manage the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimating costs for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Oversee building space allocation, layout coordination, communication services, and facility expansions.
- Establish and monitor health and safety standards while designing relevant departmental policies.
- Select, develop, and evaluate department personnel to ensure efficient facility operations.
