responsibilities:
- Establish, document, and optimize aluminum die cast cell processes to maximize flow, safety, and asset utilization.
- Lead continuous improvement, mistake-proofing, and scrap reduction initiatives using MRB data and root cause analysis.
- Manage die cast capital budgets and drive facility layouts, project timelines, and process improvements to hit ROI goals.
- Coordinate product launches, "run at rate" trials, and PPAP production runs in alignment with ISO and IATF quality standards.
- Technical leadership: Guide setup and process technicians, ensure safety compliance, and maintain 5S standards on the shop floor.
