responsibilities:
- Implement the Material Management Plan by coordinating material specifications, quantification, and identification with Engineering and Construction teams.
- Optimize material planning workflows and maintain consistent identification methods to ensure an efficient purchasing and supply process for Our Client.
- Identify critical design drawings, out-of-sequence deliverables, and lengthy approval requirements to prevent delays in the materials work process.
- Verify that material requisitions accurately reflect shipping, storage, and control details necessary for distribution to construction.
- Maintain working relationships across project departments to monitor schedules and ensure construction personnel receive required materials on time.
