responsibilities:
- Manage and expedite assigned equipment and materials to ensure on-time site delivery aligned with project schedules, regularly reviewing vendor fabrication schedules to mitigate delays.
- Coordinate vendor documentation (such as drawings, RFIs, and Inspection Test Plans) between vendors, engineering, and project teams to ensure prompt reviews and complete submittals.
- Build strong relationships across key client groups and vendors, actively scheduling, chairing, and minuting supply meetings while maintaining transparent communication.
- Assist with equipment site delivery logistics and coordinate with on-site construction teams to ensure proper readiness and off-loading capabilities.
- Maintain accurate electronic records to support timely purchase order closeouts, regularly reporting equipment status and potential technical or commercial risks to leadership.
