responsibilities:
- Analyze production quality data to spot trends, drive continuous improvement, and trigger CAPA activities when needed.
- Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to establish production acceptance criteria, review process deviations, and validate manufacturing processes.
- Assist in creating and implementing Quality Management System (QMS) procedures while supporting customer and external regulatory audits.
- Review nonconforming materials, manage deviations, and issue quality alerts to refine acceptance activities throughout the product lifecycle.
