responsibilities:
- Independently produce detailed plumbing designs (waste, vent, water, stormwater) for advanced facilities by modeling in Revit.
- Collaborate and coordinate work activities with multidisciplinary teams, project management, clients, and construction personnel.
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to perform clash detection, clash resolution, and cross-discipline building system coordination.
- Review and respond to RFIs and shop drawings to ensure smooth project progression throughout the construction phase.
- Conduct periodic site visits to gather existing plumbing conditions and support on-site installation efforts.
