Duration: 6–12 Month Contract | Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
We are seeking an In-Stock Data & Analytics Analyst to support Sourcing and Inventory operations.
(Note: This role is focused on supply chain execution, root-cause problem solving, and supplier performance—not coding, report building, or data engineering).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor In-Stock KPIs: Track Out-of-Stock (OOS), Over-Stock (OvS), and fill rates for assigned commodities and suppliers.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Diagnose drivers of inventory gaps (forecasting, capacity, logistics, inventory flow) and track recovery timelines.
- Drive Supplier Performance: Analyze performance against commitments and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional partners (Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Sourcing).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across teams to validate data inputs and maintain item-level accuracy.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Inventory Analysis (or 10+ years without a degree).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency; adaptability to proprietary supply chain data systems.
- Core Competencies: strong critical thinking, diagnostic problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
- Preferred: CPG/Retail industry experience

Data Analysis & Insights
• Translate business questions into data and analytical requirements
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from internal and external sources
• Perform analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights
• Provide recommendations based on analytical findings
Advanced Analytics & Cost Analysis
• Analyse cost structures and drivers to identify efficiencies and savings opportunities
• Conduct total cost and comparative analysis across products, services, or suppliers
• Build models and perform scenario analysis to support business decisions
Business Support & Collaboration
• Partner with cross functional teams to support analytics needs
• Support development of materials for strategic initiatives and business cases
• Assist in tracking performance metrics and outcomes over time
Process & Adoption Support
• Support the use and adoption of analytics tools and reporting solutions
• Contribute to development of documentation, training, or best practices
