Role Overview We are seeking an In Stock Analyst to monitor inventory performance, identify supply chain risks, diagnose stock gaps, and support inventory recovery. You will deliver data-driven insights to protect product availability, improve fill rates, and optimize cost structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Monitoring & Root Cause Analysis: Monitor Over-Stock (OvS), Out-of-Stock (OOS), fill rates, and key KPIs for assigned suppliers/commodities. Analyze root causes of stock gaps (forecasting, capacity, logistics) and flag risks to the In Stock Manager.
- Data Analysis & Cost Modeling: Collect and validate data from internal systems. Analyze cost drivers, build models, and create dashboards/reports for weekly performance reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Demand Planning, PLM, and Supply Chain to validate inputs and maintain item-level accuracy (coding, setup, status changes).
- Process & Adoption: Support analytics tools adoption and contribute to documentation and best practices.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Analytics (or equivalent experience, e.g., High School Diploma + 10 years of relevant experience).
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (SQL or similar). Must adapt quickly to proprietary data export systems (training provided).
- Core Competencies: strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights; strong communication skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data modeling, cost analysis, or performance analytics.
- Exposure to data governance, management, or reporting frameworks.
salary: $26.52 - $31.52 per hour

Responsibilities
