responsibilities:
- Create and modify detailed 3D mechanical drawings, area layouts, and technical designs using SolidWorks.
- Read, draft, and update Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and product schematics.
- Generate accurate mechanical Bills of Materials (BOMs) and source components according to established standards.
- Initiate, track, and approve Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintain process documentation.
- Partner directly with production and engineering teams to resolve design issues on the assembly floor and ensure customer specifications are met.
