responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end program execution for new product development initiatives from concept planning through development, validation, and launch readiness using phase-gate processes.
- Build and maintain comprehensive integrated project plans, schedules, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to drive alignment and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Lead project reviews and communicate status, risks, tradeoffs, and mitigation plans clearly to Our Client's leadership and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project financial performance against cost objectives and implement process improvements that strengthen overall team effectiveness.
