- Strategic Direction: Formulate and execute operational strategies that align with general business objectives and support long-term organizational goals.
- External Partner Management: Oversee purchasing functions and maintain relationship frameworks with external partners to ensure service continuity and mitigate risk.
- Asset Control: Implement and monitor internal tracking systems to optimize asset levels and align with broader financial targets.
- Distribution Operations: Direct daily logistical flows and materials movement to ensure timely service delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Team & Functional Leadership: Guide local operational staff, set performance standards, and collaborate across departments to streamline internal workflow
