responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor mechanical testing and commissioning activities conducted by subcontractors to ensure they meet Our Client's high standards.
- Lead system walkdowns and verify equipment readiness and performance across HVAC, piping, and other complex mechanical utility systems.
- Supervise detailed checkouts, verify functionality, and document any deficiencies to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and construction support teams to facilitate seamless turnover and acceptance testing.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, startup procedures, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements on all project sites.
