responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end permit lifecycle, including receiving, tracking, and verifying requests, approvals, logs, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate required reviews, approvals, and hold points across safety, operational, and field execution teams prior to issuance.
- Facilitate communication between requestors and approval authorities, ensuring scopes, risks, boundaries, and mitigations are thoroughly reviewed.
- Support the integration of permit requirements into work packages, pre-task planning, facility notifications, and system shutdowns or isolations.
- Assist with audits, readiness reviews, and incident investigations, tracking corrective actions when permit-related issues occur.
