Our Client is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in Monroe, CT. Requires 5-10+ years of mechanical design and CAD experience. responsibilities:
- Design and develop industrial fluid handling systems, pump packages, and custom integrated mechanical equipment.
- Create detailed 3D CAD models, fabrication drawings, and comprehensive production documentation using SolidWorks.
- Select mechanical components including pumps, valves, fittings, motors, and structural elements.
- Collaborate closely with fabrication, assembly, and purchasing teams to support shop floor production.
- Lead engineering projects from initial concept through release while interfacing with customers and vendors
