responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution of capital, maintenance, and automation projects throughout the plant
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, maintenance, procurement) to resolve technical challenges and ensure project alignment with overall business goals
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and address evolving industry best practices
- BS Engineering (Mechanical similar preferred)
- Experience with capital projects (CAPEX)
- strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, as well as communication
