responsibilities:
- Create, organize, and maintain contract-related records, status reports, bid rate sheets, and planning documentation (such as change management and business continuity plans).
- Apply intermediate analytical techniques to monitor spend intelligence tools, prepare cost-savings tracking, and assist analysts with negotiation preparation.
- Support strategic planning by participating in primary and secondary market research, benchmarking studies, financial reporting, and contract management analysis.
- Coordinate ServiceNow procurement cases, resolve system defects, troubleshoot issues, and assist IT with testing business unit system enhancements.
- Manage transactional procurement activities, resolve customer contract questions, and manually enter contract rates when exceptions are received.
