responsibilities:
- Manage repair qualifications for the Greenville Service Center, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards and leading Built in Quality (BIQ) initiatives.
- Analyze and resolve Repair Non-Conformance Notifications (NCNs) efficiently while ensuring the highest standards of execution and technical quality.
- Evaluate turbine components to recommend critical updates for repair engineering instructions (REI) and maintain accurate engineering processes.
- Active participation in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations to resolve quality issues, alongside leading Kaizen events to optimize overall operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with Design, Supply Chain, and Advanced Manufacturing and Repair Technology teams to deliver seamless, integrated technical solutions.
