responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical inputs and translate complex project concepts into simplified, highly professional documentation.
- Draft, refine, and maintain critical procedural documents, including internal guidelines, standards, and workflow instructions.
- Manage digital workspaces and archives to support seamless co-authoring, permission controls, and document workflow management.
- Provide coordination support by resolving scheduling conflicts, tracking project metrics, and formatting data reports using office productivity tools.
- Coordinate administrative logistics to facilitate productive team reviews and project alignment meetings.
