responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support to the Units of Production, outside vendors, and Quality Laboratories to ensure all operations run smoothly.
- Maintain strict compliance with FDA and ISO guidelines by managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting audits, and overseeing quality documentation.
- Perform statistical sampling and testing on packaging components, raw bulk material, and finished goods, including color matching assessments.
- Collaborate as a dedicated team player, communicating effectively across departments to learn processes, share insights, and resolve quality issues.
