responsibilities:
- Partner cross-functionally to provide hands-on, real-time quality support on the production floor for equipment assembly, wiring, automation, and testing.
- Develop and approve SOPs, work instructions, and quality records while ensuring compliance with cGMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 standards for Our Client.
- Serve as the quality lead for New Product Introductions (NPI) and support validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and HAT/FAT customer acceptance readiness.
- Lead complex deviations, customer complaints, and CAPA investigations utilizing structured root cause analysis tools like FMEA and fault tree analysis.
- Direct Material Review Board (MRB) activities to disposition nonconforming components and manage critical product ship holds.
