Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer in Dulles, VA to lead high-impact data center projects. In this hybrid role, you will oversee project design, guide junior engineers, and deliver robust electrical systems for critical infrastructure. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to drive innovative engineering solutions from concept through completion.

responsibilities:
- Lead conceptual design and produce complex preliminary layouts for mission-critical data center projects.
- Perform complex engineering calculations, equipment selection, and sizing to ensure optimal system performance.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 2-3 junior engineers in electrical design and documentation production.
- Represent the firm at project design meetings and conduct on-site inspections to resolve construction issues.
