responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute key engineering projects from initiation through completion, supporting managers in planning technical tasks and ensuring the on-time delivery of critical deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, meeting agendas, action items, and physical/digital files to ensure accuracy and ease of access.
- Facilitate strong, aligned communication between internal engineering teams, managers, and external stakeholders, building robust relationships and managing follow-up actions for meetings.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality, compliance, and nuclear safety standards, while actively protecting Our Client's intellectual property rights.
- Drive process improvements using Lean principles to streamline and integrate technical information-sharing across teams and collaborative tools.
