responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules across a portfolio of active capital projects, establishing baselines and conducting critical path analysis.
- Partner with Project Leaders and engineers to monitor progress, forecast completion dates, identify constraints, and proactively mitigate schedule risks.
- Lead Last Planner System (LPS) implementation, facilitating collaborative pull planning, look-ahead planning, and weekly work planning sessions.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including Percent Plan Complete (PPC) and portfolio health indicators, through executive dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for scheduling standards and provide coaching on planning best practices across project teams.
