Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of civil construction estimating experience within all phases of projects and have well rounded knowledge. This is a full time, direct hire role with the opportunity for growth.

responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for demolition, excavation, sitework, and concrete projects
- Analyze plans, specifications, and site conditions
- Develop quantities, costs and bid proposals
- Work with project managers and operations to ensure successful outcomes
- Identify value engineering opportunities
- Build and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships
- 5+ years of civil construction estimating experience
- Experience in all phases of projects
- Medical, dental and PTO
