responsibilities:
- Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert on BABA, CPA, Davis-Bacon, and Uniform Guidance, leading the procurement compliance strategy for federally and state-funded projects.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust governance frameworks, procedures, templates, and compliance standards to minimize risk across the funding portfolio.
- Partner with Legal, Engineering, Sourcing, and Operations teams to seamlessly embed public funding compliance requirements into Our Client's standard procurement processes.
- Lead readiness assessments, external agency reviews, and audits while delivering comprehensive compliance dashboards and risk mitigation plans to executive leadership.
- Deliver organization-wide training and compliance guidance to ensure all procurement activities protect Our Client's ability to secure and retain critical grants and loans.
